If you ever have the chance to work with Sara you will be delighted by not just her warm, gracious and inviting personality, but also with her level of creative energy that she brings to every project. I had the opportunity to work with Sara for almost 3 years while at Madison Reed. In that time she was promoted from Graphic Designer to Senior Designer and became instrumental in leading the design of all the Madison Reed Color Bars. Her skill in envisioning three-dimensional space, innate sense of organization and handling extremely tight deadlines is second to none. She also approaches conflicts with ease and great professionalism. Sara leads from her heart and would bring joy to any team.

I worked with Sara for the past year on the Creative team at Madison Reed. During my on-boarding she was essential in showing me the ropes, getting me up to speed on their processes and brand aesthetic. Over the 13 months of working her, I leaned on her choices as a designer to inform my work with color and typography in video. I watched as she spun multiple plates and competing priorities with total composure, creating some excellent work and elevating the brand in the process. She's articulate and opinionated and can back up her creative choices in a way that's easy to understand. Most importantly, she has a great attitude and sense of humor that rubs off on her team mates, particularly when navigating through chaos, ambiguity, and intense deadlines.
