I am responsable for the development, updating, and organization of the company documentation in order to improve operational activities, particularly regarding internal procedures and processes. I update company contracts (preliminary agreements, lease contracts, privacy attachments, etc.) in collaboration with the Property & Hospitality, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and legal departments. I verify the presence and updating of all required documentation in compliance with company regulations, I manage the deadlines and verify the content of all company insurance policies. I am responsable for the publication and updating of job postings on portals, and evaluation of new technical profiles. I analyze the company systems to improve processes and stay updated with technology, researching new tools/systems. I periodically supervise all third-parties real estate portals and the owned portals to increase visibility, and also I research new portals or advertising methods in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication department. Project Manager

As Project Manager I supervise construction sites owened by the property, coordinating the team work of technical professionals and visiting the construction sites on regular basis. The main goal is to maintain the timeline as defined by schedule.I evaluate possible collaborations and establish contracts with new suppliers.If necessary, I handle issues with legal support and verify all costs and invoices with the administration department.

Architectural Specialist

My work as architectural specialist for projects of Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) of Lombardy Region, was divided into permit analysis, BIM modeling, cost analysis and site control.As permit specialist I faced different analysis and meetings with the local authorities to find the best solution for different projects. Then I prepared all the documents and the attachments needed.As BIM specialist, after the preliminary site inspections, I modeled different buildings and had connections with the clients in order to guarantee their requirements.As cost specialist, I prepared cost analysis using not only Primus but also the plug-in IFC primus from Revit software, which permits the parametric evaluation of quantities matched with the linked price list.As site inspector, I followed different projects and had responsibility of the weekly check of the work done by the construction company and all the documentations needed according to the Italian law. As BIM specialist I have modeled different buildings (public or private) as houses, offices and commercial places. The softwares I used the most for modeling was Revit and its plugins like: IFC primus (for cost estimation) and EC770/700.I supported for a little time the energy team, using Edilclima to analyze and characterize the mechanical aspects of the buildings.
