      I was a PhD student in English literature and Translation studies at the Université catholique de Louvain, funded by a FNRS scholarship, under the supervision of Pr. Guido Latré. My research project consisted of a comparative study of the figure Mary, Queen of Scots through the medium of translations written in English, French, Dutch, German and Latin and published between 1563 and 1640. I have more specifically focused on how a fight/search for truth is taking place and being staged… Show more I was a PhD student in English literature and Translation studies at the Université catholique de Louvain, funded by a FNRS scholarship, under the supervision of Pr. Guido Latré. My research project consisted of a comparative study of the figure Mary, Queen of Scots through the medium of translations written in English, French, Dutch, German and Latin and published between 1563 and 1640.
