Karolina is one of those gems that reignites your own passion for user experience. She joined the team with relatively little hands-on / commercial experience in user experience – although she did have a bucketload of knowledge in design and psychology. Her natural ability and drive to learn, meant that she went from a junior’ish designer to leading a new & flagship feature in really fast time. She listened, learned and applied at pace. More than her knowledge, it’s her passion for all things experiential that had a massive positive impact on the team. Always the first to step forward and present new ideas, tool or design inspiration … and always engaged and involved in any conversation A great personality and a super talented designer.

I worked with Karolina at Odyssey Media and I was impressed by her dynamic and energetic advocate for user research. She easily and quickly transforms conceptual ideas in visual contents, taking in mind user's needs and translating research findings into digital user experiences. As well as being creative and design focussed, Karolina is bright, social and a great colleague. I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking for an excellent user experience designer

As a graphic designer, I was involved in the digital aspects of campaigns, designing wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces of websites. As a result, I had an opportunity to redefine the company’s web design process, streamlining it and introducing elements of UX design process such as User Research and Usability Testing. I also created documentation for that process. As a part of a small company, I had sole ownership of designing the UI and UX parts of the design process, as well as research and SEO strategy. I delivered solutions across various digital channels and worked with a diverse client portfolio including:• BoConcept: Designed campaign-specific landing pages with the aim of increasingin-store traffic and sales. Planned, researched and developed digital solutions forcampaigns.• Bang&Olufsen: Designed campaign-specific email newsletters with an aim ofincreasing in-store sales. Planned the specific parts of the newsletters based onmarket research to increase familiarity for the user & reflect the industry standards.
