MICHAEL WILLS
I managed Winnie for over five years at Oasis Brands/Solaris Paper. She is absolutely fantastic! Winnie helped me grow the Private Label business by over 500% in annual volume, and helped improve profitability by over 30%. Her primary function was to commercialize products from the technical conception stage all the way through finished goods shipment; and she excelled at this, cutting commercialization time in half. However, it is everything that Winnie was willing to do that was not part of her job description that sets her apart from people who are merely good at their jobs. She is extremely loyal, willing to do whatever it takes to help her team be successful; but, she is also very skilled at both analysis and management, making her a consistent top-performer and must-have team member. A great employee must have talent, experience, energy, intelligence, integrity, and creativity. Winnie has all of these, and I could not recommend an individual any more than I recommend Winnie. Any organization hiring her is getting much more than their stated need.
Brett E.
Winnie is one of the hardest working and brightest colleague’s I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with for over five years. Winnie always goes above and beyond in her tasks and delivers optimal results every time. She has excellent communication skills while constantly engaged with company leadership, retail customers and suppliers all over the world. Winnie has thrived in every role she has taken on, and has contributed in driving revenue and success for the company. She has a strong business drive, is a team player. Anyone would be extremely lucky to have her on their team!
