We teach that we must love our enemies and prevent ourselves from harm by, using the least amount of force necessary. Our emphasis is on practical self-defense and natural physiological movements. It is not about proving how tough we are. It is about learning to forgive our enemy before a fight gets started. These are principles applies through out life.
