I've been able to start my engineering career in my current role at Daily Thermetrics. It has been a great experience to see concepts that I once studied in engineering books be applicable to problems I run into today. In this role, I create operation procedures and material lists for thermocouples used in oil and gas refineries, and I constantly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining production timelines. I am incredibly pleased to have started my career at a great company like Daily Thermetrics. Show less

Being able to work between classes on campus for some extra money was extremely convenient, and it allowed me to discover parts of campus I typically wouldn't have on my own. In this role, I helped other students with the university's computer labs and general application issues. I was able to work in this role for my first two years of college, and I value the little technical tips that I learned while doing so.
