Alicia has been a key contributor at NextHealth. She was instrumental in automation and scheduling of our ETL jobs thus helping the team with resource savings as well as accuracy. She was also one of our earliest developers to have helped us move over over to Spark, greatly helping the company to adapt to true 'big-data'. In the recent past, she has spent more time and focus to enhance her analytics related algorithm skills. In a very short period of time, she learnt the functional aspects and made enhancements to optimize and make the algorithms robust. Keeping aside her technical prowess, she is a kind, empathetic and a fun person to hang around with. I thoroughly enjoyed participating in games organized by her and wish her all the best in future endeavors.

Alicia is a kind, compassionate, positive individual and an all-around pleasure to work with! Alicia and I collaborated on a "culture committee" for the last 18 months and I greatly enjoyed her leadership in the committee. She brought many great ideas to facilitate a wonderful employee experience and was our resident game host - bringing a different (and usually addicting) game to each one of our monthly happy hours.
