As the company's financial manager, I was responsible for the financial department restructure. The company recurrently participates on public bidding processes and my role is to structure business plans and financial projections and present target projects to shareholders, presenting both qualitative and quantitative information’s to decision making. In these new businesses activities, I’m also responsible for funding solutions and documentation review. During this period in Uniaguas, I've been responsible for the development of financial analysts, having under direct report 03 employees and reporting myself directly to CEO and shareholders. To help the company improve its financial tools, I was responsible for the full reformulation of economic-financial models according to shareholders' preferences.
