As a part of Consultant team of Project, my duty is the Inspection and supervision of finishing works of floor, walls, ceiling, doors and windows as per technical specifications.  Issuance of snag list / punch list and supervising the process of its closure as per standardised methodologies.  Approval of Check Requests/ IRs by contractors according to the guidelines in BOQs.  Co-ordinating with the client and the end user regarding the handing over of the parts of project as per GCC clause 10.2 (FIDIC RED Book) and managing the handing over/ taking over process and documentation.  Assisting Resident Manager in writing the recommendation on EOT claims by contractors by tracking all the needed information and record.  Managing the flow and record of Handing over/ taking over documents including submittals, as-built drawings, inventory and dilapidation surveys across the concerned persons in staff.
