  2005/2010 Test planner or leader for various clients of IBM. Most of the clients were using HP Quality center to manage the test activities. Some used Load Runner to automatized tests. My last assignment was in Switzerland, where I was test manager in the QA department of IBM Suisse. 2005/2005 Analyst in a project which goal was to analyze the server park of a major Norwegian telephone company in order to restructure and consolidate it. 2003/2004 Responsible for the migration of applications written in MetaCobol to Enterprise Cobol for OS/390. I analyzed the problem, developed the methods and led the migration team. 1998/2003 Consultant for IBM clients, mainly banks and insurance companies, developing applications in relation with their data warehouses, using Cobol, DB2 SQL and JCL. 1996/1997 Responsible for running BYPASS2000, an AS/400 application which analyzed and partly secured programs written in Cobol or PL/1 against eventual problems following the dawn of the new millennium. 1994/1996 Responsibility for Automat/XC, a PC-based application for the automation of main-frame drift.
