Ella is one of the most charming and elegant people I've ever met. But this charm and elegance masks a highly intelligent, knowledgeable and resourceful individual with an astute, creative and analytical mind. Ella may be one of the most well-rounded and effective business people that I've ever known. She is both quantitatively and qualitatively strong, a fast learner, self-motivated, hard-working, and persistent. She is also highly intelligent, diplomatic, engaging, and a strong team-builder, but also analytical, insightful, and solutions-oriented. I was very fortunate to have worked with Ella, and would do so again, if the opportunity arose. I strongly believe that given her diverse and disparate experiences, Ella would be an exceptional consultant that would draw on her rich experiences to provide her clients with the best solutions and find ways to build a strong consensus among her clients' constituents around those solutions.
