This review is definitely long over-due! We refinanced with Chad about a year and a half ago September. We had lived in our current house for about a 1 1/2 years prior to that and took advantage of the lower rates at the time. Chad was able to negotiate almost a 1% drop in our interest rate on our refinance, which was already fairly low and locked in a nearly rock-bottom rate - and saved us about $200 monthly. This was my first time working with Chad, but my third time going through the underwriting process. So I knew what I was getting into, and wasn't exactly looking forward to the underwriting process. I am a bit of a numbers freak, and Chad can attest to that. Whenever issues arose or a changes were made on the paperwork, I would run through the updates with Chad. He never hesitated to respond, never seemed annoyed with my incessant questions as we neared close, and was always forthright with me throughout the entire process. Because he was always willing to listen and respond quickly, we were always put at ease. The underwriting process is not a walk in the park by any means, but Chad was always willing to step in and take initiative to address concerns or fix any issues, and that is what impressed me the most with Chad. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome!
