Working with Mads has been an amazing and rewarding experience.       I have been working as a concept responsible at JACK & JONES store concept since April 2015. My primary tasks are developing the concept primarily regarding Service and Product knowledge. Along with my team we secure the level at almost 1000 stores world wide. As concept responsible, I train and develop our trainers and staff in the concept behind service and product knowledge and how to operate at store level and how to ensure that the consumer experience it. Besides this, I am also in charge of developing and executing our training, both locally at our training facility and onsite world wide. I have the daily management of 4 people, that reports directly to me. In cooperation we create the content of all our training material. In my team I have the responsibility for one of our IBT members, which is a apprentice program created by Bestseller. In this role I function both as a manager, and also as a coach to secure that they get through the program with the highest amount of success. In my position I have the over all responsibility of our concept on a global scale, and therefore travel a lot to experience and adjust our material to fit different countries and cultures.
