    • Meeting Services - Central Lead
      • Oct 2014 - Nov 2019

I am the Central Building Lead for Meeting Services at the Procter & Gamble General Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am the single point of contact for Meeting Services in the city of Cincinnati. In this role, I work to create and maintain documentation on people and technology between all of PG's sites. I also handle all of the Cisco video conference rooms in the Central Building, including the private executive units. This includes all testing and troubleshooting an array of Cisco Telepresence systems. I am very familiar with WebEx, BlueJeans, and have just added Zoom meetings to my portfolio of services. Some of my other responsibilities as the Lead includes putting together training classes for the other Meeting Services individuals and training new employees, performing conference room audits, and maintaining the online asset database. Working with technology is a strong point of mine.

    • Medical Assistant
      • Mar 2010 - Oct 2014

As a medical assistant, I work the phones, file, run the front desk, and assist the doctors with whatever they need. In addition to these duties, I am also responsible for helping to keep the electronic equipment running. I set up a TCP/IP connection to the remote server used by the medical transcriptionist. I have removed viruses from a computer and fixed printing issues. This job has also given me experience with dum terminals. I worked as a Tape person, Master Control operator, Feed Room person, and Audio engineer while I worked for WCPO. I worked with Odetics and Crispin Automation Systems. I was responsible for uplinks and downlinks. I was responsible for bringing in live shots for news broadcasts. I operated a Euphonix audioboard. I was in charge of the Newsticker for elections coverage from the Presidential election in 2008 until the time I left. I participated in the production of newscasts and several local shows. This job gave me a lot of experience with computers which ran Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Apple OSX.

Create and update COBOL programs in the Columbus Life and OASYS systems in the company. The last several months I was there, I was responsible for the death claims system. I was also learning Visual Basic 6 and object oriented programming. I used COBOL, JCL, and Easytrieve + on a daily basis while I worked here. This job also gave me experience with testing programs and an understanding of how to test whole new systems in a full test environment. One of the major projects I worked in while at this job was the Year 2000 problem.
