I have never thought that the manager or person who is managing you can be so much down to earth and such a friendly person. It was a big boom for me to work under Andy`s management, especially it was nice to be treated as an equal to all the others (it was my first proper job in UK, Im Lithuanian). He was always willing to help in every single situation, to give an advice or just to cheer you up. Personally I want to thank for giving a little boost to my career and believing in me. After leaving 186k we ended up as a good friends. Thats the way managers should be!
