During my tenure at MAII, I had the opportunity to be part of Phil Lundberg's team. My experience as one of his direct reports has been immensely rewarding and he is one of the reasons why I thoroughly enjoyed my work at MAII. Phil has always been very pleasant , calm, focused and dedicated to his work assignments. He demonstrated the leadership ability and articulated information and ideas with clear thinking and direction. Under his guidance , the college had achieved international reputation. He was very inspiring and motivating for his team members. He has aided in my professional development and it has been a great learning experience working him.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Phil. A strategic thinker and planner, Phil is one of the best leaders I have known, worked with, and learned from. His leadership, coaching, teaching, problem solving and communication skills are absolutely stellar, as he is a great asset for any company or institution. I very much enjoyed working with Phil, as he is a true leader and professional.
