  Every summer for 6 years, I was the Girls Director for our summer staff which toured the US facilitating large scale camps of over 1,000 attendees at a different venue each week. Responsibilities included direct management and development of 20+ girl camp counselors, large scale event planning, leadership development, travel and meal arrangements for group over 60 on the road, conflict resolution, public speaking, and coordination of load in/load out for our entire camp materials. Production Manager Responsibilities: Oversaw and coordinated light, sound, video, and management of daily live shows with musical guests and speakers for guests of up to 2,000. Musical Guest: Led worship for large group sessions in the mornings and afternoons- vocals and piano.
