      - Designed and tested a cryogenic magnetic field monitoring system. - Preformed cryogenic and mechanical studies of single axis fluxgate magnetometers (Bartington) to be used as the field monitors in the nEDM@SNS experiment.- Performed simulations and analysis of an external magnetic field sensor array to be used as a monitor of the stability and drifting of the magnetic field in the nEDM@SNS experiment. - Designed and fabricated a robotic magnetic field mapping system to test the performances of the field monitor sensor array. - Presented research at scientific meetings.- Mentored undergraduate and high school students.-Performed measurements on the dielectric properties of Nd2CuO4 and La2CuO4 single crystals using impedance spectroscopy. -Synthesized polycrystalline samples and performed XRay diffraction (Bruker diffractometer) and thermogravimetric analysis to determine the structural properties.-Assisted in the synthesis of single crystals of 4d and 5d transition metal oxides via flux, floating zone and chemical vapor transport method. Assisted in single crystal structure analysis with Bruker single-crystal diffractometer, Quantum Design (Q.D.) Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS), and MPMS (SQUID magnetometer). Show less
