      I was the HR Administrator for General Surgery, Theatres & Anaesthetics. I supervised 3 HR Assistants. It was imperative that I organised and prioritised workloads for both myself and the HR Assistants throughout the day to stay within timescales set. The HR office was extremely busy and had a highly pressured working environment. Timescales were set for the closing of adverts, preparing the administration for interviews and sending all correspondence. It was imperative that the timescales were met as it had a direct impact on patient care. Priorities constantly changed throughout the day as you constantly switched from one task to another.. I was also responsible for the Clinical Support Worker recruitment for the trust. I arranged interview panels, venues and assessments and also produced information to help with workforce planning.
