Thomas was the recruiter for my new employer Visiba Care. Throughout the recruitment process Thomas gave as little or as much input and support as I needed. As a fairly 'seasoned' candidate I often needed little - but Thomas's subtle nudges were always happily received. In fairness, right at the beginning of the process it looked like I maybe wasn't going to be the right fit for the role and Thomas worked with me to firstly ascertain whether or not I was (which was as important to me as to Visiba) and secondly to ensure we supplied Visiba with the evidence they needed to convince them. I'm really grateful to Thomas as I think that at this point, I can say that both the Visiba team and I would all agree that I was the right fit for the role. You can't ask for more from a recruiter really.
