Review and Sign all contractual agreements, bonding insurance forms, payroll and financial documentation. Cultivate long-term trusting relationships with employees, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and industry partners. Improve the onboarding process, employee relations and retention strategies. Attentively revise and update the safety procedures & manuals.
