I managed Matt during my time with Millie’s, Matt always stood out as super confident and really came up with some inspirational ways to drive sales and engage customers at the same time. Matt was always one of the top performers, however he achieved this by doing things the right way by developing a strong, passionate team around him who were focused on the right things. No surprise to see Matt going on and having a great career!
