This included synchronising software, negotiating shipping contracts & creating new processes to assist the effective transition & delivery of stock. As a result, shipping processes were streamlined by 70% and errors reduced by 50%• Designed & implemented a new stock inventory system for the entire business, including product creation, stock maintenance & seamless integration with website & fulfilment partners. This reduced stock errors & now ensures that there is a consistent flow of stock available to customers at all times, taking into account seasonal demand• Introduced new paper packaging & replaced plastic garment bags with starch based products. I additionally removed unnecessary labels & tags, choosing to print details on the garment where possible. • Ensured sustainable footprint was decreased by using a fulfilment centre, factories and suppliers that are as close to CC’s main factory as possible
