Dori is a highly organized leader that has a knack to connect with and inspire those whom she leads. I was fortunate to work with her for the year I spent at Bureau Veritas. She not only led our Sales team but also had the immense responsibility of managing the engineering team and all day-to-day operations at our facility. Her work ethic is impeccable and has a keen eye for all details within a challenging business. I had the pleasure of working with a Dori that was both my mentor and boss. Her leadership is trustworthy and makes her team self-motivated and move toward the team goal. As all, we know that someone who cannot get the trust of people, he/she cannot lead the team to the goal. And she is such a hard worker. When I joined her management team she was multitasking due to the absence of EMC, RF, Safety, and Certificate managers. She is so energetic and loves her job as much as she is very responsible. There are many many things that I can recommend about her. However, I think her biggest strength is her ability to deal with conflicting priorities in high-pressure situations. She never loses her cool and made the best proper decision. She has a really strong mentality like iron, I was so impressed. :)
