Jeff was extremely conscientious in all the work he did as Plant Manager at Black River Industries. He was able to balance a number of activities including scheduling production runs, working with me as Sales & Procurement Manager and interacting with customers very well. He was a very good people manager even though he managed personnel that were, in many cases, quite a bit older than he was at the time. The title I chose above is the role I am serving in now. At the time I knew Jeff I was Director of the MIME Senior Design Clinic. Jeff was an excellent coordinator of the Senior Design Clinic in the College of Engineering at The University of Toledo. As Director of the CLinic I worked closely with him and he left no stone unturned when it came to his responsibilities. Students worked well with Jeff and respect his leadership and authority in day to day direction. I would highly recommend him for any position.
