Regular interaction with back end team and vendors for candidate’s timely documents submission and smooth on- boarding. *Generate weekly reports, attend weekly business & team meet, analyze projected advance hires with business teams. Perform quality checks on all transactions of the team. *Providing functional assistance and support to the team. Provide rapid and error free processing and meet SLA’s set by the client. Identifying opportunities for possible errors/escalations and process improvements. *The major challenge will be to ensure that the quality target is met by the entire team.
