I worked with Sima for roughly 18 months on the marketing team at Drawbridge. It was obvious very early on that Sima is a smart and talented marketer, as she made a positive impact on every project she worked on, whether as an owner or contributor. Over that 18-month period, Sima had ownership of the company’s collateral, events, ecommunications, social media, as well as oversaw internal and external design resources. Most impressively, she was instrumental in the complete overhaul of the company’s website, including vendor selection and management, design and content review, through to an on-schedule launch. In addition to everything she brought to the Drawbridge team as a dedicated team player and hard worker, Sima also made a lasting positive impact on the overall culture of the company.
