Josh was hired as our Marketing Associate promoted to Marketing Manager promoted to Dir. Of Marketing in the 5 years he worked for the Enterprise Systems Group. Josh was responsible for day to day marketing operations as well as yearly planning, budgeting, forecasting and execution. Josh was also responsible for all financial planning with manufactures and vendors for our many events throughout the year and saved us on average 40% with overall cost by working out marketing agreements with our partners. Josh proved to be a valuable asset both in his work ethic and intelligence around our business. He learned our business and processes very quickly and had a huge impact in overall sales increases and cost savings with our marketing efforts. Josh was also responsible for our corporate marketing, planning, forecasting, budgeting, corporate branding, collateral, web development, video creation, social marketing and selling, personal branding for sales team, event planner and organizer, vendor management, market research and recommend-er. Josh is very intelligent, motivated, works great with a team, leads without being told and earned the trust of the team and our company at a very young age. Josh’s ability to earn the respect of our customers and ESG team members be them young or experienced was his strongest attribute. Josh also had many outside charities and community projects he was associated with that the company was and is now still supporting after he has left.
