• Manage content of The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) franchises. • Prepare briefs of films and TV/streaming series to brainstorm internally and ultimately determine strategies for commercial and potential partners (licensees & retailers) in our territory given the needs and interests of each country of Central America & the Caribbean. Once there is a strategy outlined with “key beats,” I present this to key partners in the territory. •Work on press initiatives, from ideation to execution. Time management skills and patience are crucial for PR projects given that the approval process of Disney franchises contemplates strict guidelines and workflows. This year, I worked on a multi-channel PR campaign that aired in 4 countries of Central America & the Caribbean. The campaign shared inspiring stories of 6 women. Meticulous research and preliminary analysis were key to pass the approval process of 4 teams of Disney including the departments of Press, Diversity & Inclusion, Disney Princess franchise & Corporate Social Responsibility. In a period of a month, +3MM impressions were reached and the campaign achieved +130K USD in estimated media value. • Coordinated the Strategy Plan of the FY22 for the company, aligning it with TWDC key growth drivers. This was very well accepted by the regional team of TWDC. • Work in tandem with the Trade Marketing team to implement seasonal campaigns that celebrate TWDC IPs in different moments of the year based on various occasions (e.g., Baby Month, May the 4th, Christmas, etc.). These are executed online and offline, through storytelling, branded experiences, outdoor displays, click-to-buy, influencer giveaways and unboxing, among other initiatives. • Ensure that Disney’s commitment to “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)” is genuinely reflected in our marketing and product development projects throughout the year. Selected as part of a group of 8 people to be the lead of DE&I initiatives in the Central & South American (CSA) region.
