Engaged with Design Vendors and reviewed 50+ Drawings, Documents, Memos, Commissioning Specifications, and Workplans for two major projects. Also acted as the DTL (Design Team Leader) for 7 weeks. As an acting DTL I was responsible for ensuring that project strategies, technical input, and project schedules were appropriate from a design perspective. One of the projects I worked on pertained to the replacement of the Class I Rectifiers, and the other concerned the replacement of SDS1 (Shutdown Safety System 1), SDS2 (Shutdown Safety System 2), and RRS (Reactor Safety System) Amplifiers. Responsible for managing the macro enabled excel file for preparing vendor scorecards. Fixed bugs in the file’s VBA code to ensure it’s reliability. Also responsible for managing the PowerBI Reports for Projects Design and fixing errors in the dashboard to maintain its functionality for respective stakeholders. Also lead the creation of a new Power BI dashboard that reports the Vendor Scorecard Data from the entire Projects Design Department.
