Plan Reviews and Changes • Airbnb (2018): Drafted submissions on the proposed visitor accommodation provisions in the Proposed Queenstown Lakes District Plan and Waipa District Plan, and on Auckland Council’s 10-year Budget proposal to increase rates for online accommodation providers. • NZTA (2016-2017): Appeals on the Proposed Thames-Coromandel District Plan (2016-2017) and Proposed Whakatane District Plan (2016); advice on plan changes for Kapiti Coast District Plan (2017) and Tasman District Plan (2016). • Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan hearings and appeal and interpretation for numerous clients (2015-2017).
