I have had the pleasure of managing and working alongside Bob for a number of years. He has excellent time management and organizational skills and was more than capable at managing multiple territories and customer relationships. Bob's driven and focused nature was an asset when attempting to penetrate new target accounts where we had no existing contacts or relationship. Bob quickly developed a working and functional knowledge of our entire product mix without having any previous experience in the field. He utilized a hands-on approach to product demonstrations and developed a very high level of technical and market specific knowledge within a very short time. Bob product knowledge and research skills also made him an asset in product development and prototyping discussions. The nature of our organization forced Bob to change and adapt to a number of territory, product, and market adjustments in a very short period of time. He was able to adapt to our needs quickly and was an effective member of our sales unit across multiple divisions. I have been fortunate to have worked with Bob as both customer and supervisor. As a customer, I found Bob to be very attentive to my needs, and always pro-active towards helping me grow my business and of course, building his own.
