I had the pleasure of meeting Natalie when I began my position with The Arc Greater Twin Cities. Natalie started her M.A. in Philanthropy & Development in July, 2010 and was in her last few months of her internship with us. She was very supportive to me and our development team. We could not have had the successful event had she not been there. Her strong interpersonal skills and dedication to our mission brought her back again for our Arc Gala 2012 as a volunteer on our auction committee. It was that passion that aided her in building relationships in the retail/restaurant market to secure several great auction items. She brought many great ideas to the committee, such as more interaction on the auction floor. Even after the event was done, Natalie is still taking any opportunity to share our mission with other individuals. I would recommend Natalie to any non profit organization and have no doubt she will be a strong asset to any team.

Natalie was invaluable as an asset to our Development team. Natalie wrote each grant with attention to detail, timeliness, and a fantastic level of enthusiasm. She also excelled at communication with present and future funders, handling calls and meetings with poise and professionalism. With her interpersonal skills, her passion for justice, and the outstanding quality of her work, Natalie would be a great addition to any team.
