Francine en ik hebben voor Bloemenbureau Holland in hetzelfde team gewerkt als Projectmanager PR & Advertising. Francine deed voornamelijk bloemen en ik planten. Francine is een zeer gedreven persoon die gaat voor resultaat. Ze kan teamleden van een campagne goed aansturen en weet altijd de rode draad vast te houden. Het woord 'veelzijdigheid' typeert haar: ze spreekt erg goed Spaans, Frans, Engels en Duits. Daarnaast is ze een professional in Marketingcommunicatie, PR, Social Media en Projectmanagement. Het is een persoon die niets uit de weg gaat maar juist dingen aangaat om goed resultaat te krijgen. En al ligt er nog zoveel werk op haar bordje, ze is niet gek te krijgen! Netwerken is ook een van haar kwaliteiten, ze is een graag geziene gast en kent veel mensen. Maar het belangrijkste vind ik dat Francine een oprecht, eerlijk, sociaal en leuk persoon is. Ik heb enorm met haar gelachen en veel van haar geleerd op zakelijk en sociaal niveau.

In het jaar dat wij samenwerkten heb ik Francine ervaren als een zeer prettige collega met creatieve invalshoeken en een goede strategische visie op social media. Deze strategie weet Francine ook te vertalen in dagelijkse hands-on werkzaamheden. Francines blikveld is echter breder dan social media waardoor ze de (on)mogelijkheden van social media in het juiste marketingperspectief kan plaatsen en kan toepassen. Creatief, betrokken, loyaal, kritisch, flexibel, leergierig en enthousiast zijn woorden die Francine op zakelijk vlak kenmerken.
