Pooja Warier Hamilton
In 2009, as we were seeding India's first community for social entrepreneurship, Zainab was one of our few early supporters. She was bright, resourceful and ready to get the job done. She helped put up our annual conference and launch The Hub, a meeting space for social entrepreneurs. She is a great team player, natural networker and I see her being a huge asset to any team and organization.
Prathamesh Ekawde
Zainab brings all of the skills and abilities of a driven, established professional to the table. I started my Xynteo work journey with her and she helped me to come up-to speed with team’s current work, market insights and client expectations. She had guided her team to discover deeper insights of market and supported new ideas. As a Principal, she had critical characteristics like solution oriented, situation awareness, intelligent risk taking, backing team and focused approach. Finally, and not least, she’s an absolute pleasure to work with.
Nikhil Chaudhary
Zainab combines her intellectual curiosity, methodological rigour, and transdisciplinary background to resolutely navigate challenging circumstances. I had the pleasure of working alongside her for several years to catalyse urban innovation with a wide range of public-private partners. Zainab’s passion for her work was ever infectious – be it through her meticulous studying and consistent sharing of useful resources, or drawing upon insights from her creative pursuits outside of work. I also admired Zainab for her fine balance of IQ and EQ, and never shying away from speaking truth to power. I have no doubt that she will be a worthy asset for any organisation with an ambition of transforming systems in any part of the globe.
