Wesley is more than just a well-rounded architect. He is also a well-rounded person. As an architect, he has the vision for the end goal and is able to communicate that vision amongst the team. Wesley is constantly seeking to enhance his knowledge and is more than willing to share it with others. He genuinely cares about the development of others. He takes more pride in the team's success than his own. As a person, he is a joy to work with. His personality is a great fit for any organization. It has been an honor and a pleasure to have worked with him.

I worked with Wesley while he was a Front End Architect at Golden Frog. He was integral in helping me get up to speed with our Front End department and how our teams should interact. He's cheerful, a clear communicator and an extremely diligent problem solver. He taught me many things with clarity and kindness, and I would absolutely work with Wesley again. He would be an asset to any team, especially those that value mentoring, clear communication, and good documentation.

My passion is user experience: create UIs that are organized, usable, and accessible. My success relies on sharing my knowledge: documenting, collaborating, and teaching. My goals are improvement-oriented: solve problems, teach everything, and learn anything. My passion is user experience: create UIs that are organized, usable, and accessible. I took time off from my career to pursue a creative passion—a graphic novel that will feature original characters that have been with me for decades. I am satisfied with the results: 1. Researched and documented the scope and demands of the project. 2. Engineered a cohesive story outline and interesting characters. 3. Planned the project as a long-term creative personal hobby. With the most difficult and engrossing phase complete, I am ready to return to the software industry, and make more than just another web product—I want to make a difference. Show less
