I represented central/overall commercial operations at Volvo Cars Corporation in a pilot which is the next/first step of a bigger transformation process. The project involved all Commercial Operations units and will have consequences for Volvo's way of working as well as their digital roadmap.The sub-projects were in practice an evaluation of a new platform/technology that represents a new way of working. The project team was cross-functional and there was also a number of central units and stakeholders involved. I also coordinated a parallell RFP-process making sure IT requirements and business requirements were in place.
