  Directly reporting to the US CEO, I assumed the responsibility of overseeing the EMEA HR department. This encompassed developing and executing the HR strategy for Italy, Spain, UK, and France, while also providing assistance to the HR Director based in the US. Complying with the organization's remuneration and career plan guidelines, I actively participated in drafting annual budgets and provided comprehensive reporting. By closely monitoring the business landscape, I proactively identified tensions, issues, and future needs to enhance satisfaction and boost talent retention.Maintaining constant interaction with labor consultants and employment lawyers, I navigated both day-to-day compliance matters and complex cases related to out-of-court and/or court disputes.
