  I was using GeCHO software for managing all the daily tasks i.e. Checkin/Checkout, List of Arrivals of the day, List of checkouts of the day, List for waiters of breakfast, List of Rooms status for the current date to help prepare rooms according to new arrivals, Pre-Authorization POS of booking, Chiusura, Chiusura POS, Registration of ISTAT form at its website and reports for staff and management. I was also handling emails of booking coming through the different portals like booking & Expedia, hotusa, hotelbeds, travaco, agoda, italcamel, day use hotels,HRS and inserting into GeCho Platform to manage all tasks relating to confirmed/modified/canceled booking to keep update booking schedule/availability of rooms in the calendar year of the HOTEL with the collaboration of senior staff members.
