How does one even begin to write a recommendation for someone so talented and gifted as this young lady is. I've worked as a Contract Specialist for the Defense Logistics Agency for quite sometime now, and Theodora has been, not just a mentor to me, but an inspiration, in completing the rigorous task I have on a daily basis. Theodora has a plethora of skills and talent, but I honestly feel her two major strong points are in the area of Foreign Military Sales and Defense Procurement. She works very closely with Small and Large Businesses across the Commonwealth of Virginia, CONUS, and around the globe to increase business for those companies with units within the Department of Defense. So, not only is she working hand in hand with companies within CONUS but also in other countries. If you haven't already seen so far in my write-up, she fully understands the whole concept of how the Defense Procurement System works, but also is a subject matter expert in the arena of Foreign Military Sales, which is also evident when you read over her profile, by all of the endless conferences she has attended and been a guest speaker at all over the globe, specifically Europe, Africa, and South East Asia. Key point she speaks German fluently as well as other languages that make her golden opportunity for any company or Federal Agency. I would have to say that it would be a major understatement that she is an over achiever. Even when a task is complete, it's not complete to her. Continuous process improvement is the hallmark of what makes her so tremendously successful and what also makes her a tremendous asset to any company and definitely to any and all Federal Agencies. If your considering bringing someone on board your company or agency to run your Foreign Military Sales Section or be the Supervisor/Director of Defense Procurement, then you need not look any further. This young lady is your candidate. Oh, by the way, did I also mention that she is very well versed in the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation System). She's taught me a lot about using that, which has helped me beyond measure in my daily task. If you have any questions what so ever about anything I have written here, please call me. My contact number is listed in my profile. I consider it a distinct honor and privilege to write this recommendation and I look forward to hearing from you on any questions you may have.
