Kristen is a pleasure! She brings creativity and enthusiasm to her role! She goes above and beyond her job description and is always thinking outside the box to add value to an organization! Always looking to learn and enhance her skills, she's smart and coachable!

Kristin and I partner to help increase physician referrals for Lemme Audiology. Since we have started working together, Kristin continually thinks outside the box, asks the right questions, and is extremely committed to her role. She consistently hits and exceeds goals, is an active contributor during national sales calls, produces new marketing tools and is asked to share them by her peers (nationally). Kristin is eager to learn, accepts constructive criticism, is very resourceful, develops new tools and ideas, and does not shy away from a challenge. We always have balanced and productive conversations, is the epitome of a team player, and I truly enjoy working with her.

Turning my craft store clearance hunts into interesting and eye catching home decor.I also give ideas to parents to keep their little one's hands busy by breaking down craft projects into easy step by step directions. Working independently as I traveled around Blair and Cambria County was an amazing experience. Having the opportunity to convey a client's words into images to draw in new customers was thrilling. I enjoyed creating demo ads, as an aid to get my foot into the door with a new client, to present the Traders Guide and what it could do for them. Driving to DuBois, Pittsburgh, Bedford, Johnstown, and everywhere in between to help local businesses get local eyes on them was what I called a good time back in the day. I met the most interesting, oddest, and friendliest people to build relationships with. What I enjoyed most was designing eye catching display ads for my clients. While educating homeowners on sun rooms and windows, I discovered that many people did not know the difference between a bay window and a bow window. After explaining the difference and chatting about energy loss through older windows, those prospects would gladly sign up for an estimate of a housefull or story full of new windows.
