Give advice to the site management; subcontractors and Workshop management on all issues related to HSE. * Create and update risk assessments for the project and the workshop. * Conduct periodic safety walk-through inspections of theProject and the workshop. * Conduct accident/injury investigations and implement new corrective preventive activities * Provide toolbox training for supervisors and assist with the induction trainings; make sure all trainings are being recorded. * Assist with the purchase of all safety supplies required. * Conduct periodic inspections for all lifting equipment onsite and in the workshop. * Report all nonconformities to the project management. * Create and update Procedures and documents related to HSE. * Monitor all recommendations and actions from inspections, accident investigations and risk assessments to ensure that they are completed effectively in good time. * Ensure that the health and safety management systems are reviewed on an annual basis and that a safety plan is prepared for each year. * Chair weekly coordination meetings with project/workshop managers and prepare minutes of meetings. Ensure that all deviations mentioned in the meeting are rectified and corrected.
