      During this tenure, executed application portfolio, network, IT cloud services, endpoint management, and monitoring tools. It is important to highlight that I managed a team of five members and a budget of more than $1.1M globally in five countries. Furthermore, I migrated on-premises server infrastructure to Google Cloud and connected data centers and Google Cloud with offices by extending network operations. Moreover, I updated staff on network concerns, examined performance, and tracked network SLAs by implementing the SolarWinds network monitoring system. With this, I resolved major network reliability problems by substituting patchwork equipment with Cisco enterprise switches, Meraki wireless system, and Palo Alto Networks firewalls in all company locations. My achievements are as follows: • Reduced hands-on IT staff effort by 95% by outsourcing all employee computer provisioning and automating the application installation and required security policies. · Started with a small legacy IT environment supporting 100 employees in one office to 500 employees spread out globally, moving technology into the cloud, and moving IT services to more metrics-focused SLAs. • Migrated all employees from over five countries to work from the home model over three days with no loss of system downtime during the Covid-19 pandemic. • Combined two phone systems (call center and general business) into one phone and saved $15K monthly in phone expenses. • Automated 10% of inbound client service calls and reduced staffing by integrating call center applications with Salesforce. • Shifted San Francisco headquarters and London office to new locations two times while ensuring zero business interruptions.
