Jay was a great mentor to me when I moved into a new role and I really enjoyed my time working with him as he helped me settle in, it’s a shame that we didn’t work together for longer. He fully supported me in a completely new environment, always being available to teach and explain things to me whilst still having his usual full workload as well. Nothing was ever too much to ask and he takes real pride in his work, which made him the perfect person to learn from. His high level of knowledge of the business and inner workings of things even outside of his job role showed he’d been active in progressing himself too. Jay is the sort of person that could step into a completely new company without any knowledge of the business and his drive and work ethic would see him succeed in no time.
