Built and led a coalition that, in alliance with resources agencies, negotiated improved stream flows for 356 river miles. The improved stream flows benefit fish, plants, animals, and recreators on 49 sections of the four rivers and tributaries downstream of dams and diversions - facilities of three interlinked hydropower projects that represent one of the most complicated hydropower and water supply complexes in the nation.
