This position calls for him to maintain the knowledge of meticulous DOLVET mandates and guidelines, provide expert guidance of the VA Chapter 31 process to his clients, maintain approximately 35 Veterans on his caseload on a monthly basis and create detailed reports of progress of these clients, all completed under strict timelines. Not only has Stephen completed the above tasks with realtive ease, he has exceeded expectations in every aspect. Completing the missions at hand and taking on more responsibilities, such as marketing the Veteran program, facilitating job building seminars such as the Toastmasters of America, volunteering emergency preparedness management services for the Red Cross OC Chapter, board member of the office event planning team and assisting other teamates to succeed as well. In addition to the aforementioned, Stephen has such a wonderful approach and demeanor with all levels of Veteran clients, stamping the program with the quality customer service all deserve.
