Tasks included process and systems review, requirements dev, surveys, options analysis and recommendations. I then lead the RFP process culminating in the selection of a Vendor / Product for the new commercial system. ○ Family Responsibility Office as Project Manager, Business Rules and Workflow, I completed the re-engineering of business process in order to meet the new service delivery Model objectives ○ Ministry of Justice as the Transition Project Manager for the Ministry of Justice’ Integrated Justice Project, I managed the transition of system assets ($400 million in development costs) from the development consortium to a permanent support organization. ○ Canadian Tire Corporation as Senior project Manager, I was in charge of system and store process development.
