  ○ Project Manager for the integrated Housing System, I led development of the RFQ Pre-Qualification presentations, the RFP and RFP presentations, pre-award contract negotiations. Once awarded, was fully responsible for the Planning, Design, Development and Implementation of the IHS. Clients included 16 Municipalities in Ont with 100,000+ units of housing. ○ As Project Manager for SAMS supplemental Training Project, I led development of the RFP and subsequent RFP presentations as well as pre-award contract negotiations. Once istcl received the award I was responsible for the Project Mgt of all Supplementary SAMS Training Delivery ○ At Infrastructure Ontario I led the procurement, development and implementation of the ‘On Line Collaborative Project Management System’. This system is used to track contracts, changes and costs for large construction projects, (budgets > $100 m. ○ Xstrata Copper Canada I led the development of Xstrata Copper Canada’s Commercial System replacement Strategy. Tasks included process and systems review, requirements dev, surveys, options analysis and recommendations. I then lead the RFP process culminating in the selection of a Vendor / Product for the new commercial system. ○ Family Responsibility Office as Project Manager, Business Rules and Workflow, I completed the re-engineering of business process in order to meet the new service delivery Model objectives ○ Ministry of Justice as the Transition Project Manager for the Ministry of Justice’ Integrated Justice Project, I managed the transition of system assets ($400 million in development costs) from the development consortium to a permanent support organization. ○ Canadian Tire Corporation as Senior project Manager, I was in charge of system and store process development. I completed the implementation of the first 4 PartSource store openings. Show less
