Responsible to the Combined Forces Air Component Commander for all tactical engagements. Built a bilateral relationship that continues to endure with the Kuwaiti Air Defense Battalion that was based on trust, mutual goals, and friendship. Planned, coordinated, and executed numerous training and social events with senior Kuwaiti Air Defense leadership. Responsible for the combat readiness and safety of over 300 officers, noncommissioned officers, and junior enlisted personnel. Was responsible for major end item pieces of equipment, and repair parts valued in excess of $600 million dollars.
