      The Help to Grow Management programme is a UK Government funded designed to provide SME business leaders’ with tools to support them, to innovate, grow and help drive the recovery from Covid and the more recent challenges. Providing SME business leaders with the leadership and management skills from the UK’s leading business schools will ensure that they will build even more resilient, innovative, and sustainable businesses capable of responding to the emerging opportunities in their chosen markets. The Help to Grow: Management Programme offers a practical, intensive 12-week executive training programme to small business leaders, designed by some of our top academics to provide the skills required to improve the performance and productivity of small firms across all sectors of the economy. The scheme combines a practical curriculum with 1:1 mentoring from a business expert, peer-learning sessions to give businesses the opportunity to learn from one another, and an alumni network. By the end of the programme participants will develop a tailored business growth plan to lead their business to its full potential. The 20-day programme (delivered 2 days per month) "The programme focussed on two areas of the business: the business itself and the personal development of the owner-manager. It provided a framework to increase profitability, enable diversification and support business growth.It integrated active teaching with action learning; encouraging participants to share knowledge and experience with their peers and to apply what they learn to their own business situation.Beverley personally engaged with over 300 SME business owners during the course of the programme and conducted more than 20 action learning set groups.
